- To reply to your enquiry and to look at the land you have told us about.
- To keep a record of our conversation, so we can follow up if you ask us to.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
Who sees it
Your details go to us, and to the email or form service we use to receive enquiries. If we take a site forward, we may share relevant details about the land with advisers, such as solicitors and planning consultants, who are bound to keep them confidential.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact with you about your land, and for a reasonable period afterwards. If nothing comes of your enquiry, we will delete your details when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
